Great app! Keeps my body loose and limber during stressful work assignments. The girls smile is really uplifting, and the stretch segments are not at all time consuming, allowing you to get back to work ASAP, refreshed and ready. You can customize which stretches and the amount of stretches you want to do (mines 5) and set desired break intervals (50 min for me).

However, if you put your mac to sleep, the timer resets, luckily, theres an option to break whenever you want to. There are also noticable product placements.

Cameraman shoots at angles that gives you "tasteful" views of the models bod. Would be nice if they had an update to allow you to select different smiley men/women to stretch with.☺
